Sheesh. I tried to buy a simple Star Chart app on sale for $1.49 for Windows 8. The store allows me through to the payment page and then presents me with only American addresses. The country is fixed at USA. And even when I select Paypal, which of course already contains every piece of necessary address data, it still fixates on USA.
So have Microsoft decided that they want Windows 8 to be popular only in the home country?
Or have I downloaded an update written by a moron?
