Harper is accused of pushing through a slew of policies weakening or abolishing environmental protections – with an aim of expanding development of natural resources such as the Alberta tar sands.
How fast, I wonder, can this government reduce this great country to a 3rd world backwater where the resources are sold cheap for the benefit of the 1% and the average citizen cannot find a job and is jailed for minor offenses against the right wing behavioral ideal (which they seem to have a great deal of trouble sticking to themselves.)
