At the Henry's show Henry's had an open box HS10 for $299. Dell Canada is selling it new for $399 incl. shipping. The price is not that great.
The price splits the difference between the open box at the show and the new price at Dell. Since the used one comes with a warranty and is backed by Henrys it might still be an acceptable buy. But I agree that buying new from Dell might be more sensible.
