He's been skating each day and today he skated 6 hours and was exhausted by a very famous spot called Barcelona Sants, near the railway station of the same name. If you want to see exactly where he spent today and will spend tomorrow, watch this video of the area being skated.
The area is a tad sketchy because of its proximity to a central train station in Barcelona, but its only 7 stops from his hostel on the metro, so easily accessed.
He busted a board today after an hour and met a small Spanish fellow named Pedro, who took him to a local shop where he replaced the board for 50 of the 65 euros he had on him. Oh well ... they went to Sants then and skated the rest of the day.
He figures he'll be back there tomorrow, and if you check out the video above, you'll see why. Incredible range of stuff to do ... note that this was why he came to Barcelona ... he's already had his fill of the Mediterranean in Nice and does not need to site see ...
On a down note, England is getting their butts whipped today in the ashes test and it looks unlikely for them to see any cricket on day 5 ... total bummer.
